Danny Foley

Asset and Operations Manager for the The JAG Group

Danny Foley graduated from Texas A&M in Corpus Christi in 1996 with a degree in Marine Biology. Prior to attending Texas A&M in Corpus Christi Texas, Danny was working in the oil field with Tex-Mex Meter Service and remained in this industry upon graduation from Texas A&M, with Coastal Refining and Marketing.

Danny Foley has many years of experience in the crude oil gathering industry. From a very early age he was groomed in crude oil measurement, trucking logistics, design & construction of pipeline gathering terminals and marine gathering terminals, design and construction of LACT units, lease oil purchasing and refinery supply. In his tenure with JAG Energy USA he has been successful at developing and engineering the JAG Smart LACT program, construction, design and operation of JAG facilities, and the start of our new meter calibration company Mission Measurements, LLC. Along with diversified midstream construction and process skills, Danny has a very versatile approach to business from the management of JAG’s and Mission Measurement’s assets. Danny has a unique ability to acquire business and procure Lease Crude Oil to market, which makes him a very balanced asset in the crude oil gathering and crude oil measurement industry.

With 28 years of meter proving experience, Randy supervises and directs the Mission Measurements team ensuring that Equipment, personnel, and operations meet the high quality standards that sets Mission Measurements apart from the competition.
